 The multilateral bending center adopts ABT technology (advanced bending technology). The machine tool is not affected by external conditions. It can meet the demand of equipment reliability and processing consistency. Meanwhile, we can use one pair of universal multi-functional bending molds and can complete most of bending shapes. It is also equipped with special folding machetes to complete bending some special shapes. ABTTM bending technology can ensure bending of workpieces with consistent high-precision through thermal expansion of automatic compensation equipment. The movement mechanism of bending unit adopting special composite motion control can avoid none traces on the produced workpiece surfaces. Large batch processing and single batch of complete set processing can be realized. The machine is most suitable for flexible production of small batch and multiple varieties, thereby fully adapting to the trend of sheet metal products, namely, rapid updating and replacement, production with multiple batches, multiple varieties, small batch and personalization.

Multilateral bending center of the company can fully-automatically and quickly produce high quality workpieces of different geometries with shaping of four edges and even more edges, thereby ensuring product quality and accuracy as far as possible. Wherein, CNC bending unit can compensate the rebound of sheet workpieces by self- algorithm method according to material, thickness and required bending contour, thereby each bending can be accurate and consistent. The device is fully compliant with processing requirements in professional production of various series cabinets, rotation cabinets with front doors, relay cabinets, communication cabinets, dc cabinets, electric meter cabinets, excitation cabinets, outdoor cabinets, terminal boxes and other types of cabinet boxes. The equipment improves product quality, increases material utilization, improves the production efficiency, is conducive to product structure modification, and provides fundamental solution to plate processing efficiency and quality problems.
