On September 19, 2016, coating worker skill contest of steelwork industry of Liaoning Province, hosted by Liaoning Province Construction Metal Structure Association was closed successfully. Twenty contestants from ten enterprises of the whole province attended the finals. Technical worker Zhao Xusheng of steelwork production department of our company won second place and Zhou Wenhe won honorary prize.  Through selection and competition, the business quality of the coating team is improved inanall-round way, the mass enthusiasm of skill competition and practice for creating first-rate level upsurges in the company, extensive staffs vie in learning knowledge and improving skill, creative spirit is energetically advocated, they work hard to be a learning type, knowledge type and skill type staff, so as to truly become skillful craftsmen on the post for the same type of work.
