Sanxin flexible waterproofing features
The waterproof layer of Sanxin flexible waterproofing roof system adopts TPO waterproof coil material with excellent properties, and it combines the performance advantages of EPDM and PVC, with weather resistance ability, low temperature flexibility of the former and property of being welded of the latter. At the same time it has the properties of normal temperature high elasticity and high temperature plasticity. So this material has good processability and mechanical properties. And after adding a layer of polyester fiber fabric in the middle of the two layers of TPO materials, its physical performance can be further enhanced.
At the same time, TPO waterproof coil material also has the following features:

Construction methods
Construction methods of TPO waterproof coil material include: three methods of mechanical fixation method, full adhibiting method, border adhibiting method. Hot air welding process or special adhesive bonding is commonly used for seam.

TPO overlap and methods of detail fixation
In order to ensure the integrity of coil material waterproof layer in the roof, one of the key points is the lap joint processing, through the hot welding to make adjacent coil lap joint forming bonding layer higher than coil strength, to form continuous sealing waterproof layer of whole coil material. The fixation ways of TPO coil material with the roof:
(1) Bedding face adopts the border adhibiting method with mechanical fixation way. That is the TPO coil material is laid in the basement layer by border adhibiting method; in adjacent lower coil material overlap area, fix with the basement layer by mechanical fastening screws and washers; overlap joint of the upper coil material with the lower coil material adopts hot air welding, to make coil material connected into a whole sealing waterproof layer.
(2) The coil material of the additional layer parts uses non-enhanced type, and it is required to use supporting adhesive glue for full sticking. Coil material in the elevation position can also use supporting adhesive glue for full sticking.
(3) As to coil material at the facade head parts, use mechanical fixation of metal bead, appropriate to embed water sealing material on basement before fixing, and seal with sealant finally.
