On May 22^nd, 2017, Dalian Jiaotong University signed an agreement with Sanxin Group to establish off-campus practice base. Considering the training of the teachers majoring in civil engineering and engineer mechanics and the demand of the students for production and practice of Dalian Jiaotong University as well as the business requirements of Shenyang Sanxin Group, both sides believed that it was necessary to further conduct cooperation in production, learning and research. On the principles of mutual benefit and assistance and after friendly negotiation, both sides agreed that Shenyang Sanxin Group would serve as the off-campus practice base for Dalian Jiaotong University. They would also work together to strengthen the construction of the base according to the teaching and practice needs.
