On July 22nd,2017, 2017 The First China•ShenyangQipanshan International Tourism and Sports Festival had a grand opening ceremony at the square in front of the Snow and Ice World of Qipanshan.

To coordinate with the opening of tourism and sports festival, Sanxin Group provided box and assembly-type architecture to create an atmosphere for the conference.
