On May 17th, The Seventh China(Shenyang) International Modern Architecture Exposition (CIMAE), sponsored by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Liaoning Province, Shenyang Municipal Government, and co-organized by Shenyang Urban and Rural Construction Committee, Shenyang Prefabricated Building Association, kicked off at Shenyang InternationalExhibition Center. Colleagues from all walks of life witnessed this annual event of construction industry within three days.

During the exhibition, leaders from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Liaoning Province, Shenyang City, Panjin City and other relevant officials of the provincial and municipal construction committeesvisited the exposition site for guidance, and stopped at the stand of Sanxin Group. The leaders showed great interest in viewing the prefabricated building exhibits of our company, spoke highly of our prefabricated building system, and held cordial talks with Hong Changxi, the General Manager of Sanxin Group.

On May 17th, on the Third National (Shenyang) Prefabricated Building Exchange Conference and the Third Publicity and ImplementationConference of the Standard forAssessment of Prefabricated Building, Mr.Hong Changxiattended the conference in the capacity ofan expert, exchanged and sharedthe concepts and experience of prefabricated buildings with the experts and leaders at the conference.

On May 18th, the Conference on the Establishment of the Northeast China Prefabricated Building Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance and the Policy and Technology Exchange of Prefabricated Building was held in the auditorium of Liaoning Mansion. President Hong Changxi delivered a speech on behalf of Shenyang Prefabricated Building Association and completed the launching ceremony of the Alliance with leaders from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the P.R.C and the Provincial Department.

The Seventh CIMAEis the first international industry eventorganized by Shenyang Prefabricated BuildingAssociation since its establishment. Under the leadership of President Hong Changxi, the Association carried out professional and meticulous work and successfully completed the invitation and exhibition work of the CIMAE and the work of undertaking the conference on the establishment of the Innovation Alliance.

In virtue of the wind, it is the right time for sailing. Taking advantage of the CIMAE, boosted by the fruitful work of Shenyang Prefabricated Building Association, the prefabricated building enterprises in Northeast China will make greater contribution to the development of prefabricated buildings.
