In the afternoon of April 16, 2015, hosted by the China Construction Metal Structure Association, undertaken by Shanghai GM Structure Engineering Co., Ltd, 2015 National Assembly of Building Steel Structure Industry is held in the beautiful Shanghai. More than 700 steel industry leaders, experts, and people from enterprises and institutions across the country were involved in the event.

The annual National Assembly of Building Steel Structure Industry brings together well-known representative entrepreneurs, experts, and academics of China's steel industry, to study the trend of national economic policy, and to exchange new technologies, new products, and new materials of the steel industry, promoting technological innovation and leading the industry’s scientific development. The annual assembly has become a major industry event for presenting latest technologies and products of steel structure and boosting steel companies to focus on self-discipline and self-improvement in the development route of quality and efficiency. It has also become an important platform for government, industry, academia, and research representatives to promote cooperation exchanges and industrial development.

This assembly is a grand event of exchanges, with outstanding issues, breaking the record in terms of number of participants, scale, and level. Taiwan representatives attended it for the first time. With rich contents, the meeting adopts 1 + 4 pattern. During the same session, “2015 Steel Housing Industry Innovation Forum”, “2015 National Building Steel Industry Conference Press Conference”, “Exchanges of New Steel Technologies and Products" and “2015 Steel Leading Enterprises Performance and Related Products Exhibition” were also held to enrich the assembly contents, which had been praised by the participants.

This assembly is a grand event of recognition, known as the steel industry's “Oscar Awards of Orient”, as a total of twelve awards were given on this meeting. Ms. Yu Dongyun, director of Sanxin Group and president of Liaoning Province Construction Metal Structure Association, led her delegation to attend the meeting and made a keynote speech. Gao Gang, director of Engineering Dept. of the company demonstrated and introduced the company’s new technology and products in the “Exchanges of New Steel Technologies and Products”. “China Nonferrous Metals (Shenyang) Metallurgical Machinery’s New Plant Construction Project”, “Chinalco Northeast Light Alloy Company’s VLS Special Aluminum Plate and Strip Project and Optimized Special Aluminum Alloy Sheet and Strip Products Structure Supporting Project," all won the second batch of “China Steel Structure Award” of the eleventh session. The company also won the “2014 China Construction Steel Enterprise of Integrity (5A)”, “2014 Top-50 National Steel Enterprise”, and “2014 Top-10 Metal Wall Industry Enterprise”. Director Yu Dongyun won the title of “2014 National Steel Industry Outstanding Entrepreneur"; Wang Guochen won “2014 National Outstanding Workshop Director of Steel Industry”; Wu Longrong won “2014 Industry Association Outstanding Worker”. The company also sent a delegation to attend the “2015 Steel Leading Enterprises Performance and Related Products Exhibition”, where the company and products received good evaluation from the participating merchants.
