According to requirement of relevant department in Ministry of Housing and work arrangement of association, Liaoning Province Steel Structure Building Industrial Survey and Exchange Meeting with Liaoning Building Metal Structure Association and Member Enterprise Representative was successfully held by Building Steel Structure Branch of China Construction Metal Structure Association in our company on July 10, 2014.

Deputy Director Zhou Tianran from Liaoning Provincial Housing Department introduced priority advantages and combination effect of Shenyangas national modern building industrialization pilot city.

                            Deputy Director Zhou Tianran from Liaoning Provincial Housing Department gave a speech               Deputy Director Zhao Shuyi from Shenyang Modern Building Industrial Management Office introduced concrete work experience and problems for promoting building industrialization. Shenyang of Liaoning attaches great importance to promoting building industrialization. Municipal Government and Municipal Party Committee established a working team. Core departments are jointed together for releasing 18 policies to promote building industrialized development formally in the form of municipal government document. Shenyang will promote assembly building systematically by the aid of the above supporting technology achievesments. Scale of government investment projects will be further expanded this year. Assembly building technology will be adopted for constructing public building, property ownership exchange houses and other projects invested by the government.

Meanwhile, Development trend and work arrangement of national steel structure building industrialization were introduced. The brand will strive for national support in policy on one hand, and actively participate in national qualification standard revision based on the industry on the other hand, thereby promoting the steel structure enterprise to apply for construction general contracting qualification pilot. Once steel structure building is industrialized, it will drive the upstream and downstream industries greatly. The effect is more prominent in the aspect of production orientation, steel productivity of more then one hundred million tons can be consumed in several years in the future due to emerging steel structure building, especially steel structure residential buildings. Meanwhile, steel reservation for the public and reduction of building waste also can be realized. It is a positive approach for solving excessive steel productivity by linkage upgrading between upstream and downstream industries. We should comply with current residential building industrialization development direction, thereby benefiting the state and the public.
